Patient Safety USA initially approached Champ with a branding dilemma. They had been founded with the name Mid-Atlantic Lift. They found the name to be too narrow both in its geographical limitations and in its lack of descriptiveness of the variety of products they distributed. They needed a new brand name, a brand identity, and web and marketing materials to support it. Prior to working with Champ, they had garnered most of their business via their excellent reputation and referrals, but they wanted to do more to expand their reach in the marketplace.
