Viya came to Champ in early 2017. Their entire network had been wiped out in a devastating hurricane the previous fall. While they worked on restoring their network, they needed help dealing with the hundreds of messages they were getting through social media from customers wondering when their phone and internet services would be back online. Champ stepped in to manage their Facebook from both a messaging and content standpoint. From then, we created their Instagram marketing strategy that includes occasional Instagram contests. We set up digital display ads in the Virgin Islands and help them advertise with YouTube in-stream advertising.
